Nail

We are looking for someone who oozes competence (and not much else, thank you). We are a small, creatively-driven shop that needs your help bringing our (sometimes wild) ideas to fruition.

This is an entry-level position that will put you in a casual work environment where great ideas are the stars. Nail is a relatively flat organization where everyone is on the same team and they have freedom to utilize their strengths beyond their job description. You’ll get 360 degree exposure to the world of advertising, from pitching, to creative concepting, to client communication, to producing the piece; as well as close interaction with the people that make up the various branches of an agency.

Some specific tasks would include:
Researching vendors for aforementioned wild ideas.
Preparing work flow schedules.
Politely badgering people to follow aforementioned work flow schedules.
Assisting Account Executives with research and client service tasks.
Plan/coordinate events.
Preparing entries for award shows.
General resource assistance (errands, meeting set-up, etc.)

Entry-level salary. Benefits include health, dental, Simple IRA as well as obligatory ad agency fooseball and ping pong tables.
