We are looking for a junior CW who hates advertising. They should love
Nina Simone, parasailing, multi-grain toast with honey, macroeconomics, The Wire, border collies, Flying Lotus, playing ping pong, hard cheese, screen printing, yoga, Chekov (Anton or Pavel), the Milwaukee Brewers and gothic sculpture.

In short, we like people who are interesting and interested. People who are in this business because it happens to be the only one they could find that would pay them to be smart, funny, outrageous, elegant, weird.

We have an intentionally eclectic client list. We are lucky enough to have some great clients asking us to do great work. And we have won some awards for them for work in just about every medium there is. Not everything we produce is earth-shattering, but by God it is not for lack of trying…

Entry-level salary with benefits health, dental, SIMPLE plan as well as obligatory ad agency fooseball and ping pong tables. (Participation in cut-throat Bocce league optional.)
