We are looking for a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will be assigned to a supervisor within the marketing team and will work directly with all members of the marketing team. The role of the marketing intern is to support the team and be responsible for handling basic administrative tasks and get involved in team projects as necessary.

We are looking for someone who has interpersonal savvy, a passion for brands and is insatiably curious about popular culture. We want you to think big, solve business problems and be self-motivated. In this role you will demonstrate your strong communication and analytical skills. You have uncompromising attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities, Skills and Abilities
- Responsible for assisting the Marketing team with the day-to-day responsibilities of their accounts.
- Will also gain exposure to other departments within the agency to ensure that client requests are moved through various departments accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible for compiling and analyzing client competitive information on a regular basis, including but not limited to social media activity, broadcast/print activity, & industry news.
- Initiates projects by opening jobs in advantage, creates marketing folder on server and alerts team o let them know a new job is open and work will begin shortly.
- Creates estimates for jobs as needed.
- Creates and distributes weekly spreadsheets with upcoming online and print insertions and provides input for the studio, creative & digital teams for resizes as needed (10 or more a week).
- Updates the Ad Distribution Tool with recently completed banner ads and print ads in miscellaneous sizes.
- Creates broadcast dub requests and follows through to make sure dubs are created and shipped to client in a timely manner.
- Proofs creative as needed.
- Writes invoice e-mails and maintains billing binder & client billing records.
- Update client Brand Books as needed.

Position Requirements
- Current College Junior or Senior standing

Compensation: $10/hour
