We’re looking for a valuable member of our growing team – someone who strives to do great work but also wants to be part of a motivated crew who likes to have fun. Someone who can write in a range of tones for our national base of clients and quickly and accurately turn ideas into advertising that motivates. Conceptual skills are a must, as this position will require thinking on all levels. As an agency that works in every form of media, you’ll be participating in all aspects of our integrated output.

Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for coming up with and creating award-winning work that creates success for our clients and is respected by our peers. You’ll be guided and inspired by the Creative Director, but you’ll be expected to make everything your own. We operate in a highly collaborative environment, so you’ll be asked to take suggestions from others openly and produce your very best work on a daily basis. We’re a company of unique individuals who work as a tight-knit team. Everyone is equally important in making us and – in turn, our clients – well-oiled machines.

Requirements:
You have at least 2 years of experience in an agency setting and possess strong conceptual thinking skills and a book full of great words and ideas. You are tenacious, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to present your ideas to both your CD and clients confidently.

Sense of humor and a laid-back, roll-with-the-punches attitude is an absolute. Be ready to work hard (but not sweatshop hard) with likable people and clients in an energetic company blazing forward.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position and employees must be available to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, in Mountain Time. Occasional travel or evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

This position is considered a hybrid role, and candidates will be expected to commute to our Denver office twice weekly. While this position requires all applicants to be in the Denver area, we welcome those who are interested in relocation.

Compensation:
