He will report directly to Pete Favat, Managing Partner, Chief Creative Officer of Arnold Boston. “I’ve known Mike for a long time and he’s one of the best in the business. He’s a smart guy and an expert at his craft. We produced some great work… at Houston Herstek Favat. He is the right cultural fit for Arnold, and I’m looking forward to picking up where we left off,” said Favat. Wilson was recently EVP, Chief Creative Officer at GSD&M, where he worked on new business, Ace Hardware, AT&T, Southwest Airlines and The United States Air Force. Prior to his tenure in Austin, he held the same position at Dentsu America where he helped double their agency size and revenue. He has also served as Senior Partner, Worldwide Group Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather. His accomplishments have been recognized by Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, Effie Awards, Communication Arts, One Show, and Hatch, among others. Kim Bartkowski, Digital Creative Director The agency also continues to grow its digital team by naming Kim Bartkowski as Digital Creative Director. She will report directly to John Staffen, Managing Partner, Chief Creative Officer of ArnoldNYC. “In Kim, we’ve found a true, next-generation creative leader who thinks and works across all platforms seamlessly,” said Staffen. “She is a leader, teacher and visionary who shares the same values that make Arnold, and the relationships we have with our partners, so special.” Bartkowski comes from Digitas New York, working on such brands as Comcast, Pantene, American Express, Delta, Hilton, JetBlue, and Kraft. She’s also spent time at McGuire & Associates and Red Tettemer + Partners. And her work has been recognized by the ADDY Awards, Communication Arts Interactive, and the One Show.
