Account Coordinator
Overview
Saltwater Creative + Technology is a full-service advertising agency in North Hampton, NH. We work with clients from a variety of industries to strategize and execute creative and technology initiatives of all types. We’re thinking big and growing fast and, as a result, we’re looking for an Account Coordinator who is ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an Account Coordinator to help with account traffic duties. You will be responsible for management of the day-to-day flow of projects for a handful of our larger-volume clients through the agency and across departments. You will be a key player in ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects within established schedules. You will work directly with the Saltwater Studio, serving as a liaison between the account services, media and creative departments to traffic jobs from initiation to production to final delivery. You will also offer administrative and research assistance to the Account Team--from target demographic research, organizing files, to documentation of key meetings and keeping the team abreast of competitive trends.
Utilize strong client-servicing skills to build client relationships and deliver all elements of program elements with excellence
Demonstrate a thorough understanding and a passion for their client’s industry/business
Work with account team, Creative Resource Manager and producers to coordinate work order requests to assign to appropriate creative and production resources.
Maintain a client deliverable Status Report for all projects in progress for a particular account and serve as facilitator of daily status meetings.
Assist in agency-wide QA efforts and help make improvements to workflow as appropriate.
Assist Account Team on client research and reference compilation and maintenance for future onboarding and competitive trend analyses needs.
Contribute to positive team morale, consensus building and creative solution solving
Actively participate in brainstorming and idea generation sessions with cross-functional teams
Contribute to the delivery of timely ongoing and final program reports and provides timely updates as relevant
Ensure agency compliance to client strategies
Experience & Requirements
1 - 2 years in an Agency environment or relevant internship experience
Bachelor's Degree
Must have excellent interpersonal skills (and a good sense of humor is a plus!)
Detail-oriented, even-tempered personality with clear communication skills
A skilled diplomat that brings a positive face to each aspect of specific job and each department
A discipline to bring rigor to the process; with healthy dose of flexibility as required for success
Strong command of MS Office Suite, Mac/PC fluency required
Excellent time management skills
A problem-solver who brings answers and ideas to the table at the same time as challenges
Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and requests
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure and tight timelines
Agency experience preferred
