The Account Supervisor will be a visible and positive advocate for Hailey Sault’s growth and health, partnering with other Hailey Sault leadership team members to enhance our business, culture, and brand.
The primary focus of this position is to nurture and grow healthy client relationships, and successfully plan and implement Hailey Sault client projects, thereby solidifying Hailey Sault’s value as a true partner with its clients. The Account Supervisor seeks leadership opportunities by providing a predictable stream of good-fit agency work from their clients, meeting top-line revenue goals, while maintaining bottom-line profitability goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Account Supervisor will help drive organic client growth by:
Cultivating strong client relationships that yield year-over-year growth in client projects and revenues
Engaging clients in such a way that client decision makers perceive we understand their business, and are able to speak about their problems in their language in a way that inspires confidence and the initiation of additional projects
Developing client proposals and scopes of work that both lead to effective work, and deliver profitable engagements for Hailey Sault
Managing the agency team, along with Project Management, to optimize agency profitability
Maintaining clarity about client relationships, and proactively strategizing opportunities to grow breadth and depth of of client relationships
Developing accurate monthly projections to achieve agency revenue and profitability goals
The Account Supervisor will help ensure that strategies for their Hailey Sault clients are created and delivered at the highest levels by:
Collaborating with clients to gain alignment on their needs, options, and the optimal approach to addressing them.
Developing well articulated strategies that support client objectives, and clearly defining project scopes that fulfill said strategies
Establishing success metrics to ensure the Hailey Sault team achieves clients’ business and marketing goals
Developing clear project objectives and details eliminating ambiguity across agency/client teams
Achieving level of consumer/audience insights that leads to effective persona development, consumer journey mapping and resulting strategies
Clearly articulating how Hailey Sault will report on project efficacy and engagement at the commencement of each engagement/project
Providing strategic direction and creative briefs that inspire and offers the creative team space to do their best work
Managing through any client issues, support full team in troubleshooting and work through obstacles that may arise
Understanding and engaging in Hailey Sault processes to optimize how work flows through the agency
The Account Supervisor will take responsibility for the collective success of the agency by:
Becoming a champion of Hailey Sault’s core values and purpose
Supporting the entire Hailey Sault team, and our incredible culture
Thoughtfully participating in cross-functional Level 10 meetings
Contributing to Hailey Sault’s quarterly and annual goals with focus
The Account Supervisor reports to the SVP of Strategy
