3D/CGI | Is Boston the last area to catch on?

Hello out there! :) I love this site, I have been searching for something like this for quite some time, so thank you for this.

I am a Designer, 3D Artist, and Animator. I specialize in high end photoreal CGi(3D), I have worked on nat'l ad spots, print, short films with celebrity voice talent and large licensed slot machines.

I get offers from all different markets in the country, NYC, Miami, Houson, LA and even across the pond in London looking for what I do. But, I want to move back to the Boston region(currently in Reno, NV).

I have been looking for quite some time out there, how is it, that no agencies have in house CG artists? The cost savings would be HUGE!
